- Styling services are fully personalised and delivered in real time - they cannot be undone or returned
- Digital products (e-books, guides) are delivered instantly and cannot be un-downloaded
- Consultation slots hold time exclusively reserved for you - that time has inherent value
- Packages involve significant preparation, research, and planning before the service begins
Styling Services
All services are non-returnable and non-refundable
This includes personal styling, wedding styling, bridal styling, wardrobe consultation, trousseau curation, groom styling, colour analysis, pre-wedding shoot styling, and all consultation sessions.
Digital Products
All digital purchases are final
E-books, styling guides, and any other downloadable content are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Styling Academy Programs
Program fees are non-refundable
All fees paid toward the Styling Mastery Program or any other academy offering are non-returnable and non-refundable. Seats are limited and held exclusively for enrolled participants.
