Consultation Bookings
Non-Refundable but Reschedulable
Consultation fees are non-refundable once paid. However, you may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment
- One free rescheduling is allowed; additional rescheduling may incur a fee
- No-shows will forfeit the consultation fee entirely
Wedding Styling Bookings
Partial Refund Rules Apply
Wedding bookings require an advance payment to secure your date. Refund terms vary based on the cancellation timeline.
The initial advance payment is non-refundable as it secures your wedding date.
50% of the remaining balance (excluding advance) will be refunded.
25% of the remaining balance (excluding advance) will be refunded.
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
Personal Shopping Services
Service Fee Non-Refundable Once Confirmed
The styling service fee for personal shopping is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and preparation work begins.
- Service fees cover consultation, item selection, and coordination time
- Any items purchased during shopping can be returned as per retailer policies
- Rescheduling is possible with 72 hours notice
Digital Products (E-Books, Guides)
Strictly Non-Refundable
All digital products including e-books, styling guides, and downloadable content are strictly non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned.
