Only slightly. Metro-based stylists may charge 10-20% more than tier-2 city stylists due to higher studio and travel costs. In my experience, the most expensive mistake is buying the wedding lehenga first, in isolation, before there is a plan for the other four events. Brides fall in love with one heavy piece, spend the bulk of the budget on it, and then scramble to make Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet and Reception work around it.
