Policy effective from 2026
Non-Refundable Booking
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. No refund will be issued under any circumstances after payment.
Seat Transfer Allowed
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person. You must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the event via WhatsApp.
No Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not permitted due to limited seats and a pre-planned session structure. Please ensure you are available for all 6 days before booking.
No-Show Policy
No-shows will not be eligible for any refund, transfer, or rescheduling, regardless of reason.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that the masterclass is cancelled or postponed by us, all participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
